Software development real-time platform simulation technology


Your field of activities

  • Design and implementation of software for the real-time simulation tool ISG-virtuos with focus on real-time platform, real-time communication and OS abstraction layer
  • Integration, development and maintenance of solutions in the area of multicore, inter-process communication, fieldbus connection and integration of ISG-virtuos into existing control platforms
  • Further development and maintenance of existing as well as testing, documentation and integration of new software solutions
  • Analysis, definition and traceability of requirements
  • Close interdisciplinary cooperation with colleagues

Your qualification

  • Degree in software engineering, computer science, mechatronics or similar
  • Ideally knowledge of object-oriented programming (e.g. C++, C#, Java), (real-time) operating systems and communication. Gladly welcome: Prior knowledge in the area of multicore/distributed computing, knowledge in device driver development under Windows or Linux as well as in the areas of operating system development, communication middleware (OPC-UA, CORBA, COM, etc.) and fieldbus systems (Profibus, EtherCAT, SERCOS, etc.)
  • Independent, structured way of working and enjoy working in a team
