Internal cycle process

During the cycle, all active offsets must be suppressed using #SUPPRESS OFFSETS except for tool offsets to ensure uniform positioning during calibration and measuring.

  1. The tool is positioned simultaneously in X and Y directions above the laser focal point including the radius offset. (These values were defined in the file SysCalibConfigLaser.nc).
  2. The focal point of the laser is detected in the Z direction at increased measuring speed.
  3. The focal point of the laser is detected in the Z direction at reduced measuring speed (increased measuring speed/2)..
  4. A precision measurement is executed in the Z direction at slower measuring speed in order to detect the tool length.
  5. The device moves back in Z to the starting position.
