Ignore feedhold at position correction after drive enable

Description

This parameter determines if a position correction after drive enable (see also P-AXIS-00327) can be interrupted with axis- or channel-specific feedhold.

If this parameter has the value 1, a position correction can not be stopped with feedhold.
