AX<axis_name>

Name of SERCOS axis

AXNR<expr>

Logical axis number of SERCOS axis, positive integer

ID<Ident_nr>

ID Number in SECOS format, e.g. S-0-0047 or P-0-0129

<Variable>

Variable in die der zu lesende Wert abgelegt wird. z.B. P-Parameter oder V.P. , V.L. or V.S. variables.

TYPE<expr>

Data type of value (2 or 4 byte length):
