Optimised polynomial smoothing for transitions in circular blocks.

Description

If polynomial smoothing of type 4 (#CONTOUR MODE [DEV...] ) is used, transitions with circle blocks can be traversed faster by additionally setting this parameter.

If jerk monitoring in polynomial blocks is selected (P-CHAN-00110, check_jerk_on_poly_path is 1 or 2), the optimisation smooths the curvature and increases the feed rate. Particular advantages are obtained with tangential transitions in circular blocks.
