Setting of 'in position' for position controller generated axis movements (P-AXIS-00458)

P-AXIS-00458

Setting of 'in position' for position controller generated axis movements

Description

When the position controller autonomously generates an axis movement, the HLI signal gpAx[axis_idx]^.lr_state.in_position_r (see [HLI]) is set to FALSE in order to indicate that the axis is moving.

If that behaviour is not wanted, this parameter can be set to TRUE.

The position controller autonomously generates an axis movement under the following circumstances:

  1. An NC program is active and tracking was set and reset for an axis. In this case the axis is interpolated back to the activation position in order to continue the NC program without offsets.
  2. Axis parameter P-AXIS-00327 is set. If the axis is enabled via the drive enable commands of the HLI, the axis is interpolated back to the position where the drives were disabled.
