Monitoring of axis collision: Stopping in all channels in case of drive errors

Description

If collision axes are assigned to different channels, a stop in all channels by this parameter can be forced if one collision axis reports a drive error.

This ensures that an error in the measurement system of an axis does not result in an axis collision.
