Deactivate feed factor effect

Description

In the NC program, the feed factor #FF is additionally weighted by the path feed commanded by the PLC [HLI// Control commands of a channel]. Weighting the PLC feed can be deactivated by setting the parameter P-CHAN-00422. #FF is then disabled.
