Spindle modes
Analogue spindles
In general, the following machine data is assigned when analogue spindles are used:
- In P-AXIS-00015 (achs_mode) the operation mode ACHSMODE_KEINE_AUTO_RPF may not be set.
- P-AXIS-00156 (ref_ohne_nocken) == TRUE
- P-AXIS-00157 (ref_ohne_rev) == TRUE
Based on these settings, the following state graph applies:
Digital spindles
When digital spindles are used (SERCOS), pay attention to the following when setting the machine data [AXIS]:
- In P-AXIS-00015 (achs_mode), the operation mode ACHSMODE_KEINE_AUTO_RPF must be set.
- As opposed to analogue spindles the setting of P-AXIS-00156 (ref_ohne_nocken) and P-AXIS-00157 (ref_ohne_rev) has no significance.
