KPS: Safe retraction enabled.

Description

The drive is activated by a safe input on the safe RDW. The robot can be moved at a safely reduced speed without any further monitoring being active. This permits the robot to manoeuvre out of a safety violation or e.g. execute homing and brake test to restore the safe state.
