Spline interpolation requires at least 2 axes.

Description

Before activation of spline interpolation at least 2 axes must be available in CNC channel.

Make sure that there are at least 2 axes before CNC start-up by configuring the axes accordingly, or if there is already an axis in the system, exchange it for a channel via #CALL AX.
