Unknown entry in configuration of output telegram.

Description

At CNC kernel start-up, cyclic drive data are assigned to the internal working data of the CNC in the axis parameter list. This cyclic drive data contains data from the drive to the CNC and vice versa.
An unknown entry was detected in this section of the axis parameter list.

In the following example, either value 99999 in entry antr.terminal.out[1].signal_nr or value XXXXXX in entry antr.terminal.out[1].nc_ref is invalid.
