Percentage of manual mode maximum acceleration in manual mode too small.

Description

In manual mode with parallel interpolation (G201), the axis dynamic values are distributed with a percentage value between the path interpolator and the axis-specific manual mode interpolator. The percentage of the maximum acceleration P-AXIS-00008 for the manual mode interpolator is determined by P-AXIS-00082.

The percentage of maximum acceleration is set to a minimum limit.
