The Volumetric Compensation could not be inverted.

Description

Some Volumetric Compensation should be enabled without movement (NO MOVE), but the proper correction value could not be computed.

This problem occurs when the volumetric compensation parameter file contains error parameters that fluctuate too much. Hence, the content of the parameter file has to be checked.
