Edge bending measurement cycle still active.

Description

The channel parameter P-CHAN-00153 at the edge bending controls whether the end of the measuring cycle or the SERCOS command S-0-170 is implicit or controlled via G107.

In the event of an error, deactivation via G107 is missing at at program end.
