Receiver ID of the message is out of data format.

Description

In the #MSG command, the message receiver is specified by its communication device ID (ISG_DIAG_BED, HMI; PLC). However, the receiver ID can also be programmed directly by specifying a numerical value. This value here is outside the permissible data range.
