G-function not allowed during active (A)CS.

Description

Some specific G functions may not be programmed with an active Cartesian transformation.

Example:

Wrong:

N10   G00 X0 Y0 Z0

N20   #CS ON[10,20,0,0,0,45]

N30   G98 X-500 Y-800

N100  #CS OFF

Correct:

N10   G00 X0 Y0 Z0
