Automatic enable of channel interface for synchronous dynamic CS operations

Description

This parameter automatically activates the supply of data to the dynCS channel interface at program start. This corresponds to programming the command #CHANNEL INTERFACE ON/OFF [DYN_CS] see [FCT-C30] in the NC program.
