2-path programming: Selection of reference coordinate system (P-CHAN-00396)

P-CHAN-00396	Select the reference coordinate system to define the coordinate system of the second path
Description	When this parameter is initialised with the value 0, the coordinate system of the second path is defined with respect to the coordinate system of the first path belonging to the lower-level coordinate system. When this parameter is initialised with the value 1, the coordinate system of the second path is defined with respect to the coordinate system of the first path.
