Dynamic position limit: Update rate for limit changes

Description

If the dynamic limits of axis positions are used to be specify limits cyclically, they should only be adopted each time dpl_input_cycles occurs to avoid constant interruption of the braking process.

A value of dpl_input_cycles = 4 indicates good results if the position of another axis is specified cyclically as a dynamic position limit.
