Activation of feed enable via PLC

Description

If feed enable is controlled via PLC, then this parameter must be activated. If this parameter is set, the feed enable watchdog of the PLC-interface is evaluated. If this watchdog is not triggered, the interpolator stops on the path via feedhold.
