| Description | The current offset of the distance control (see [FCT-M3]) was frozen. With axis-specific distance control, the moved axis has reached the minimum deviation of the probe sensor. With 3D distance control, the TCP reaches the maximum deviation of the probe sensor. A possible cause could be an increase in height of the workpiece. | |||
