50 permanent employees, mostly with graduate and doctoral degrees (electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, cyberneticists and mathematicians) are united in the enthusiasm for the control engineering of machines.
We celebrate when - after a battle for days or weeks on end - we succeeded in programming new algorithms for an even better work piece surface, when we got a kudos for great assistance, when a partner is happy about his market success he achieved thanks to our help or when another company decides to rely on our software.
We share this enthusiasm with our research colleagues of ISW - who always remind us to implement new developments. To keep up this good tradition, we regularly meet for the summer party in the court of ISW, for our company's day out and our christmas party or other occasions.
We are proud that we have continuously been working with some of our partners for over 30 years and that we still cultivate good relationship with those who decided to take another way.
These are some of the reasons why more than half of our staff has stayed with us for more than 25 years. Their experience combined with many new ideas of our younger colleagues, the diplomates and those doing their mandatory internships with us account for the strenghts of ISG: "innovative ability" and "expertise".
